Broccoli is a vegetable with great nutritional value, as it provides the body with vitamins (vitamin C, B1, B2, B3 and B6, but especially a large amount of provitamin A, mainly in the form of beta-carotenes), and minerals such as calcium, potassium, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, and iron.
