Brussels Sprouts



From the same family as broccoli and cauliflower, Brussels sprouts are a nutritious vegetables with a diversity of vitamins C and E, in addition to folic acid and minerals, such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, zinc, iodine and selenium.
They are usually eaten in autumn and winter, being seasonal vegetables that we can use for a variety of dishes.
